I have had the pleasure of working with Carl for many years on the Teller County Board of Review. Carl always comes to the meetings prepared with questions and even more so, with solutions. Carl has been actively engaged in board discussions and has helped shape the vision for rural communities—not only in Teller County, but throughout Colorado—by testifying before both the Colorado House and Senate.
