My name is Carl Andersen and I am running to be your next

Teller County Commissioner, District 2.

I moved to Teller County 23 years ago from New York-escaping high taxes, crushing regulations, and the cost of doing business. But over the years, I have watched Colorado turn into the very place I left.

Although I have been fighting the fight against government overreach and high taxes for decades I would like to represent the residents of Teller County in the official capacity of Commissioner.

That’s why I am running for County Commissioner-To protect Teller County’s way of life. To stand up against overreach from politicians. And to keep our community free, strong, and thriving.

As a business owner, I know firsthand how regulations drive up costs-for businesses and for families. I’ve also seen how far the state has gone with gun control and parental rights. I will always stand with the Constitution, with liberty, and with those fighting to protect our rights.

Half of our county is public land. We must take care of it-working with the forest service and bureau of land management to keep it healthy and accessible for future generations.

I am a fiscal conservative, I’ve weathered tough times-the mortgage and banking crisis, COVID shutdowns-when many businesses did not make it. Discipline and responsibility got us through, and I’ll bring that same approach to protecting taxpayer money and finishing the projects this county has started.

For 23 years, I’ve been proud to serve as a leader in this community. Now I’m ready to continue that service-as your next County Commissioner
